Blend EverNew with pineapple juice. Stir to form a gel.
Cut the bread diagonally. Spread outer layer with EverNew-pineapple mixture. Stick on the seaweed piece.
Spread bread inner layer with mixture as well. Rolling and wrapping with seaweed piece and place asparagus at top. Use toothpicks to fix it.
Served the completed bread roll in plate. Or, you can cut it in slanting-style to make in different style.
