Blanch spinach noodles into the boiling water. Remove.

  2.

Next, put in the spinach noodles into the cool water to make it more tasty.

  3. Mix in with 2 tablespoons soya sauce, 1 teaspoon Nutriact and some water to stir until it turns into sauce.
  4.

Clamp the fresh-cool noodles and shrede seaweed. Stain the Nutriact mixture. A Nutriact Japanese noodles is ready to served.

People who like spicy flavor may try to add in some wasabi in the mixture.
