Longan-Evernew Jelly

  1.

Boil the water. Add dried longan with low heat until it turns soft. Scoop it out and drain till dry.

Add 1 litre water and sugar to boil over low heat. Stir jelly powder until dissolved.

  3. Turn off heat and let it cool. Remove. Pour jelly water into EverNew and mix together.
  4. Pour into a container with longan at the bottom. Refrigerated.
  5. Remove from refrigerator. Place jelly onto a plate, cut into pieces and ready to be served.
